2 Quick Salad Dressing Recipes for Busy Weeknights

Did you know that store bought salad dressings can be packed with added sugars and other random ingredients?

Now, I’m not knocking store bought salad dressings. There are great options out there with few ingredients and low sugar content. But if you’re like me, nothing compares to the taste of homemade salad dressing. It seems overwhelming, I get it. But trust me - it’s SO simple. You’ll be making these weekly in no time.

Citrus Lime Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

Add a Mexican touch to your salad!

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 T Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp cilantro
  • Salt + pepper, to taste

Instructions:
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until thoroughly combine.
  3. Store in an airtight container in fridge. Use within 10-14 days.
  4. Don't be alarmed if the dressing gets firm in the fridge. Heat in microwave for 10-15 secs to liquify.

Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
