Have questions?
We have answers.
How do I know if I need a dietitian?
Food should be fun and enjoyable. If it feels anything but that, you may benefit from working with a dietitian.
In a world fixated on shrinking your plate and your body, there’s a lot of inner dialogue you may find circulating in your head around things like what you should eat, what your body should look like and how often you should work out. You also may find that food is your go-to coping skill to deal with a lot of life’s stressors.
If your mind feels overwhelmed with food and body, there’s freedom you can find from that.

Do you take insurance?
In an effort to ensure client confidentiality, we do not accept insurance. We also understand that insurance is a major consideration for many of our clients. We are able to send you receipts that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Find out about receiving superbills and utilizing out of network benefits.
If finances are a barrier, each dietitian on our team has a select number of sliding scale spots available to ensure finances aren’t a barrier to getting the support you need. We partner with Project HEAL to provide these reduced rate spots. To see if you qualify for one of these spots, click here.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We take all major credit cards, as well as HSA and FSA cards. We require all clients to keep a card on file via our HIPAA-compliant platform.
How often do you recommend sessions?
Consistency and accountability are key in making lasting change, so we recommend weekly sessions as you begin your healing journey. As you grow and develop healthier habits, you and your dietitian may find it appropriate to adjust the frequency of sessions.
For our VIP and Group Intuitive Eating clients, session frequency is based on the package you purchase.
How long will we work together?
Walking away from habits that no longer serve you and developing ones that do can take time and hard work. We find the clients who benefit the most from nutrition therapy are the ones who have consistent sessions for an extended period of time. For some clients, that’s 4 months and for others, that’s 2 years. We are committed to being on that journey with you.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes, we are able to provide virtual sessions through a HIPAA-compliant platform.
