Prior to your first coaching session, you'll complete a thorough intake form so we can have a clear picture of your health history, daily lifestyle patterns, goals, and current barriers to those goals.

60 minute session to review your intake form and curate individual wellness recommendations such as meal planning support, building balanced plates, and nutrition tips to optimize your health.

Personalized Wellness Plan
After your coaching session, you'll receive a customized wellness plan complete with example daily meal plans and recipes based on your lifestyle and goals.

Follow Up Nutrition Coaching Session
30 minute session to provide insight and accountability as you implement your wellness plan and ensure you are set up to reach your health goals. Ongoing sessions are available at an additional cost.

You can expect meal ideas, recipes, and more that are individuals to your likes and lifestyle. You can also expect guidance around building meals, grocery shopping, and meal planning to save time and money while optimizing your health.

No problem! Clients who need more accountability beyond the follow up can continue sessions at a cadence that feels supportive form them (weekly, biweekly, monthly).
