Power Bites

These power bites have become a staple in our household. They are great for a quick midday snack or when you are rushing out the door and need something to hold you over for a few hours!

They are complete with my 4 power picks - protein, healthy fat, fiber + healthy carbs - giving your body a little bit of all the things it needs. YAY.

 
 

Power Bites

Energy-filled snacks

Makes: 20-30 bitees

Cook time:

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1/2 cup nut butter
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 T honey
  • 2 T chia seed
  • 1/3 cup cacao nibs
  • Toppings: coconut flakes, beet powder, cacao powder, hemp seeds, etc.

Instructions:
  1. In food processor, add all ingredients and blend to combine.
  2. Once thoroughly blended, roll into 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
  3. Add desired toppings and place in freezer overnight.
