Yogurt Bowl (Power Picks Approved)

5:45 wake up calls come earlier, anyone else with me!?

Traveling to Asheville with my hubby for a Valentine’s weekend getaway! When I am rushing to hit the road (or just have a busy day in general), I love having a quick breakfast recipe I can throw together. I want to make sure I won’t be hunger an hour later.

A few weeks ago, I taught a free webinar on my 4 power picks. Here they are -

Protein + healthy fat + fiber + carbs

These 4 power picks will keep you full + satisfied to your next snack and meal. Aka no stomach growling during your morning meeting or on your drive out of town.

The yogurt I use in this recipe (and anytime I use yogurt) is Siggi’s. It’s my absolutely favorite - low in added sugar, high in protein + healthy fat. What more could you want!?
